Based in South Lismore, our operations extend across Ballina and Byron Bay, reaching as far as Mullumbimby, and we also offer installations southward to Woodburn, Casino, and neighboring regions. Our premises feature a display village accessible around the clock, along with ample off-street parking.

Winners
The customer took inspiration from a display shed on site in Lismore and designed their shed based around the roof line and look/feel, changing elements such as making it bigger and choosing a colour scheme that blended with their property. The Skillion design was chosen to match their house ensuring a seamless look.
One of the memorable moments the Fair Dinkum Builds Northern Rivers team had was taking the time with the customer to ensure the exact height of the caravan was accommodated, taking the time to complete a thorough site visit and listening to the customer’s needs.
They’ve created a place that blends storage and protection from the elements for the customer’s most prized possession.

Whether you’re DIY or engaging others, we strongly advise you always use licensed contractors. In some areas our stores can offer full installation.
Fit-outs & Trades
You should also consider what light, water, electrical and security requirements you’ll need. Depending on your design, other trades may be required.
