Deep Ocean is a strong blue tone that shines brightly whenever natural light hits it in a certain way, and we think it pairs really well with Dover White to create a classic nautical theme. The blue isn't too dramatic either, so it's an understated option if you don't want too much colour.
Night Sky
Night Sky is the darkest colour we offer and therefore the best if you want to make a statement with your shed. White and black is perfect for creating a dramatic modern look with straight, sharp lines and deeply contrasting tones. It's also one of the best combinations for a monotone vibe without any pops of colour.
Bluegum
Bluegum is a medium grey with a slight blue undertone, which goes really well with the gentle creaminess of Dover White. White and grey are two excellent colours to pair together on their own, but the two undertones complement each other to elevate this pairing to a truly elegant look.
Shale Grey
Shale Grey is one of the most versatile colours that Colorbond offers, with its gentle grey tone that pairs perfectly with the gentle Dover White shed base. This is the lightest grey complementary colour for Shale Grey, so if you want a white and grey look without too much harsh contrast, this might be the best option to choose.
Woodland Grey
Woodland Grey is a robust charcoal tone with a distinct twist - its undertone is green rather than blue. This gives it a unique warmth that complements the yellow undertone of Dover White, leaving you with a warm combination that's just contrasting enough not to become an eyesore.
Monument
Monument is a strong and empowering grey that looks almost black with a charcoal base, but it's not quite as strong as Night Sky. This is a great option if you like the modern vibe white and black offers but don't want too much of a harsh contrast between your base and complementary colours.
Basalt
Basalt is another robust grey colour without any blue undertones, making it a perfect neutral to pair with Dover White for a gentle modernistic look. Many of our customers think Basalt is the perfect grey for Dover White as it's not too dark, yet just dark enough.
