We know aircraft hangars. Catering for high winds, tail-wing height, wing spans, safety access requirements and chemical or materials storage – with us, we have you covered.
You’ll know that our aircraft hangars are up to Mother Nature’s demands, because all of our designs will go through ShedSafe’s site check process. This ensures that the hangar’s engineering is sound and will be fit-for-purpose for the hangar’s specific location.
Easy access is also no problem. In addition to ensuring functional front access using Eltrak’s door system, we also offer Personal Access Doors and Taurean’s Windstrong series for any side access you might need. There’s also added extras if you need them – fire resistant panels, insulation, mezzanine floors and others, if that’s what you need.
Let’s get started and find out what your project needs.

FAQs about building aircraft hangars
Do you need planning permission to build an aircraft hangar?
Yes, you do. If you're thinking about putting up permanent steel structures, like our aircraft hangars, you'll need to get planning permission. It is best to check with your local council for the specifics before construction.
What size are aircraft hangars?
Good question! We know every plane is unique, so we offer custom sizes to match your needs. Whether it's a snug fit for a small plane or roomy for a larger one, we've got you covered.
How much does it cost to build an aircraft hangar?
Well, that depends on a few things – the size of the hangar, the materials we use, and any special customisations you want. For a detailed quote, just reach out to our team.
