Most garage builds take between four and twelve weeks from final approval to completion, depending on the size, complexity, site access and council processing times in your local area. Coastal sites with tighter access or sloped blocks can add to the timeframe. Your local Fair Dinkum Builds team will give you a clearer estimate once they've seen the site.
Yes. Many North Coast properties sit on uneven ground, and garages can be designed to work with the slope rather than against it. A standard double garage starts around 6m x 6m, but if you want storage space alongside the vehicles, you'll want to step up to roughly 7m x 7m or larger. Adding a mezzanine floor can also free up storage without taking up more ground footprint.
