FAIR DINKUM BUILDS May 2024 Roller Doors and Insulation Sale – TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Promotion	Taurean Roller Doors and Insulation May 2024 Sale Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are available for download at fairdinkumbuilds.com.au/save.
Promoter	The Promotion is conducted by FBHS (Aust) Pty Ltd, trading as Fair Dinkum Builds, located at 1051 Nudgee Road, Banyo QLD 4014 Australia.
Discount off Eligible Product	Eligible Customers who purchase one or more Eligible Product as a part of a purchase from a Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise during the Promotional Period will receive: 20% off the retail price (inclusive of GST) of the Taurean Door Systems roller door/s. 20% off the retail price (inclusive of GST) of the eligible Fletcher Insulation product/s Excludes roller door accessories Discounts will be applied at the time the order is placed by the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise.
Eligible Product	The 20% Discount is valid on: any Taurean Door Systems roller door, and/or the following Fletcher Insulation products: Product Code: 4006740 – Sisal Bubble Cell 100 1350MMX22.25M 30m2 Product Code: 4006741 – Foam Cell Shed Liner (30M2) Product Code: 4006744 – Foam Cell Shed Liner (45M2) Product Code: 4006743 – Foam Cell Resi Liner (30M2) Product Code: 4006742 – Sisalation Foam Cell Multipurpose R0.2 30M2, purchased as a part of a Fair Dinkum build (including garages, barns and any style of shed). Excludes carports and patios. To qualify for the discount, Taurean Roller Doors must form a part of the Bill of Materials for the shed, garage or barn on order. This discount excludes Personal Access doors, roller door accessories, roller doors from any other manufacturer and any insulation products other than those listed in these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period	Start Date and Time Monday, 20 May 2024 at 9:00 am (Australian Eastern Standard Time)	End Date and Time Sunday 30 June 2024 at 11:59pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
Eligible Customer	Participation in the Promotion is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or over.
How to Participate in the Promotion	To participate in this Promotion and be eligible to receive the 20% off Roller Doors and Insulation offer, an Eligible Customer must: order any Eligible Product from a Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise during the Promotional Period (no later than 30 June 2024); sign a contract with a Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise, and at least have paid a deposit as instructed by the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise in order to secure the sale (no later than 30 June 2024); accept delivery of the Eligible Product by no later than 31 October 2024; have otherwise complied with these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions the Eligible Customer is subject to in its contract with the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise (unless the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise agreed to waive such terms with the Eligible Customer in writing). The total retail value of the offer will be deducted from the Eligible Customer’s total invoice by the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise when all conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met, as well as any other relevant Terms and Conditions of Sale communicated by the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise at the time of purchase.
Discount Limits	Multiple discounts are permitted. The Discount may be applied to multiple Eligible Products on a single shed order, and multiple shed orders from the same Eligible Customer during the Promotional Period are permitted. The Discount is limited to only Eligible Products that form part of the shed, garage or barn design’s Bill of Materials and does not apply to additional or individual roller doors purchased outside of a fully engineered kit.
General Terms	1. The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable. 2. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion offered by the Promoter. 3. The Promotional Period may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 4. The standard terms and conditions of sale of the Fair Dinkum Builds Franchise apply to all Eligible Product purchased. 5. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred when accessing Instagram or Facebook or any website, or for any failure or service interruption of Instagram, Facebook or a website at any time. 6. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are not included. The offer excludes any delivery, installation, trades, design services, any extended warranty or any associated services or other costs provided by the Participating Distributor. 7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Discounts and Eligible Customers. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Customer who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. The Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter gives no representation, no advice, no warranty, no undertaking, no promise and no forecast in relation to the offer or its fitness or suitability for any purpose. 10. This information may be disclosed to third parties that help us manage this Promotion or to deliver our goods and services. The Privacy Statement explains how we will collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, the consequences for you if we do not collect this information, and the way in which you can access and seek correction of your personal information or complain about a breach of the Privacy Act.
